Overview
VISUAL IDENTITY
GRAPHIC DESIGN
When I launched Kata's Makeup, I did so with a clear purpose: to promote the use of cruelty-free makeup and formulas that are gentler on the skin. As someone passionate about design and personal care, I wanted to create a space where people could find beauty products that were free from animal cruelty and contained fewer harmful chemicals, while also learning about the impact of ingredients on their skin.
The online store not only served as a point of sale but also as an educational platform. Through Kata’s Makeup, I shared information about the world of conscious makeup and offered personal care tips. To solidify the brand identity, I designed the following:
-
A charming and feminine logo – Representing the fresh and friendly essence of the store.
-
Social media posts – Designed to promote products, share beauty tips, and foster conversation within the community.
-
A personal care blog – Where I posted recipes for natural face masks, skincare guides, and recommendations for cruelty-free makeup.
Although Kata’s Makeup is no longer operational, it was an invaluable experience that allowed me to connect with a community interested in conscious beauty, while experimenting with branding, content design, and managing a digital business.
