Technical Requirements

  1. To transfer the website template, the client will need to create a Wix account. The client must provide the email address associated with their Wix account to facilitate the transfer.

  2. The client should specify if they would like the template to be in English or Spanish at the time of purchase.

  3. The transfer will be completed within 24 hours of receiving the necessary information.

  4. Purchasing a domain and Wix hosting is the client's responsibility and is not included in the template.

  5. The template includes a mobile-responsive version. However, we strongly encourage you to thoroughly review and adjust the mobile version before publishing the site to ensure optimal device performance.

Usage Rights

  1. Upon purchase, the client receives a copy of the website template, which can be modified and personalized as needed. The design of the original template remains the designer's intellectual property. The client is granted a limited license to use the template for personal or commercial use but does not own the underlying design. 

  2. Templates are not transferable. If multiple individuals or entities need to use the template, each must purchase their own copy. Reselling the template itself or sharing it in a way that violates the "Usage Rights" is strictly prohibited.

  3. The fonts used in this template are sourced from Google Fonts. It is recommended that the client switch to other fonts to suit their branding needs.

  4. All text, icons, images, and other visual elements in the design are placeholders and should be replaced with the client’s content before publishing.

Agreement to Terms

  1. By purchasing and using the template, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  2. The designer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and the client must review them regularly.

  3. As this is a digital product, all sales are final. The designer does not offer returns or refunds for any purchased templates. The client should review the template carefully before making a purchase.

  4. The designer does not provide updates or maintenance services for the templates. Once the template is transferred to the client, further customization or updates are the client’s responsibility.

  5. The designer is not responsible for any issues that may arise from the use of the template, including but not limited to, technical issues, loss of data, or incompatibility with third-party services.

  6. The templates do not include SEO optimization or third-party app integrations. If the client requires assistance with these services, they can contact the designer at info@kathnunez.net for support.
